Pulaski Skyway - Rocker Bent

Arora and Associates, P.C. provided the Lighting and Electrical Engineering Task Leader for the ITS across all five design contracts. The project included 10 ITS facilities throughout the Pulaski Skyway and connecting ramps which were in conflict with the proposed project retro-fit. Work included design of an ITS System that included CCTV, DMS, CTSS, TTS, WIM and Traffic Detectors. Work followed NJDOT ITS design requirements and implementation which include data and video communications networks and systems integration including fiber optic and wireless systems, design and coordination with traffic management centers for NJDOT, NJTA and PANYNJ. The ITS design followed NTCIP Communications Protocol Standards and Regional ITS Architecture.  Lighting design for Broadway and Halleck intersection using visual lighting software.  Provided electrical design for flasher light between Piers 49 and 52.
