Arora and Associates, P.C. is committed to providing our Clients with high quality services. In general, this means completion of the agreed scope of work on time and within budget. Arora is a commercial business operating in a competitive market. Providing the highest quality services to our Client is essential for obtaining assignments and future growth.
To ensure that our services are carried out in a manner that provides high quality to our Clients, the firm has implemented a thorough Quality Plan. The Quality Plan incorporates many principals of Total Quality Management and follows the framework of ISO 9000.
All employees involved directly in providing our services are required to:
- Be completely familiar with and understand all procedures of the QP relevant to their work for the firm.
- Follow and comply with the requirements of all such procedures.
To ensure that the Quality Plan remains robust and focused on continuous improvement, it is reviewed and revised on a yearly basis. The purpose of the Quality Plan review is to:
- Address changed Client needs
- Address new services provided by Arora
- Incorporate new technology and methodologies
In conjunction with this review, the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) reviews the Quality Assurance File compiled during the previous year to identify any recurring quality problems and trends that might indicate systemic problems. The QAM prepares and submits a summary of findings to upper management with recommendations for corrective action. Upper management then reviews the recommendations and approves implementation of appropriate corrective actions through a Quality Improvement Notice.
Arora and Associates, P.C. provides its proprietary Quality Plan to Clients upon request.
