As Program Manager, Arora provides conceptual engineering and design, cost estimating, scheduling, and construction sequence planning. This often includes route siting and land acquisition, licensing and permitting, risk assessment, capital cost estimate, project controls, public outreach, final design, field acceptance testing, and commissioning.
Our Program Management Process Includes:
- Managing the program and subordinate projects within the program from contract award through the final delivery and closeout
- Administering the logistical, financial and technical aspects of the program
- Facilitating and communicating program goals, including cost, technical performance deliverables and schedules
- Ensuring that documentation produced at each stage of the program conforms to regulatory, statutory, sponsor and stakeholder requirements.
