Arora provided the Construction Inspection Project Manager (PM) and Resident Engineer (RE) as well as a certified Traffic Control Coordinator (TCC) for this Meadowlands Sports Complex project site. Our PM was responsible for the construction inspection and was the liaison between the developer, the NJDOT and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA). The ramp construction and shoulder-widening project included many Task Order assignments. Located on the very heavily traveled Route 3 and Route 120 State highways in East Rutherford, NJ, the American Dream retail and entertainment complex project location project included construction of acceleration and deceleration lanes leading into the Meadowlands Sports Complex and the American Dream mega mall complex. Items placed during construction included: asphalt roadway paving, milling, long life epoxy striping, shoulder improvements, drainage, guiderail, highway lighting, utilities, gameday electronic motoring public information signage, along with curb, sidewalk and retaining walls.
