Maintenance Roadway Repair Contract S111 Paving Contract (MRRC)

This project involved pavement resurfacing for this $5.7 million pavement preservation project. Project included joint repairs, curb (9x16”, 9x18”), sidewalk, milling, stone matrix asphalt (SMA) and hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, rumble strips, fog seal, striping, pavement markings, RPMs, drainage improvements, WIMM station and traffic signal upgrades, berm and non-veg erosion control construction. Arora ensured contractor compliance with construction plans, maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) and project specifications.  Arora also provided overall project administration including conducting weekly project meetings, scheduling, contractor pay estimates, certified payroll, plan review, inspection, daily status reports, materials testing, project progress, preparing change orders and project closeout.
