This right-of-way modification project arose as the direct result of the Route 73 project. New Jersey Department of Transportation needed to establish a temporary construction easement within private property while a retaining wall was being built. The implementation of such an easement would occur on land being used for resident parking within an apartment complex. Arora conducted parking counts and a site parking inventory to produce a modified parking plan that would allow a retaining wall to be constructed in phases while minimizing the impacts to the available parking supply and configuration.
