Bridge Inspection

Arora's highly trained staff has inspected and load-rated highway and railroad bridges of every design and size to ensure public safety.

Structural Engineering

Arora has rehabilitated and designed new long-span, multi-span and small highway and railroad bridges that meet AASHTO and AREMA requirements in steel, concrete and prestressed concrete.

Geotechnical Engineering

Through our professionally qualified and experienced staff, we provide complete geotechnical engineering services including soil/rock engineering, foundation evaluations and design, subsurface explorations and soil testing.

Road and Highway Engineering

Arora has extensive highway engineering experience ranging from planning and feasibility studies to contract plans, specifications and estimates. We provide environmental documents, permit applications, geometrics, signing and striping, drainage, lighting, utility coordination and right-of-way engineering.

Traffic Engineering

Arora prepares traffic signal designs, signing and striping plans, traffic control plans and detours, and provides traffic operational analyses in terms of capacity and level of service; traffic calming. In addition, Arora provides traffic engineering consulting services to local municipalities, which involves the review of traffic impact studies and site plans prepared by a land developer's team of professionals.

Lighting and Electrical Engineering

Arora has extensive electrical design experience for various outdoor and indoor lighting and power distribution systems. We have designed lighting systems, traffic signal systems and intelligent transportation systems.

Arora provides surveying services including topographic surveys, property and title surveys, ALTA surveys, right-of-way surveys and construction stakeout for land development and infrastructure projects. We use the latest GPS and robotic equipment to assure high-order accuracy and cost-effective results.

Geographical Information Systems

Arora and Associates is experienced in GIS data development, capture, analysis, training and implementation of GIS software and hardware in both the public and private sectors. We utilize GIS in our own engineering projects and can help clients implement GIS to meet their needs.

Construction Management and Inspection

We can provide the personnel and expertise necessary to manage the construction phase of your project. Our project managers, inspectors, and survey crews are experienced in many types of construction activity from site layout, utility coordination and erosion control to highway and bridge rehabilitation, lighting and signage.
